作物叶表面对杀螨剂活性的影响

摘要 [目的]明确不同作物叶表面对杀螨剂活性的影响。[方法]采用Potter喷雾塔喷雾叶碟法比较丁醚脲、炔螨特和苯丁锡分别对在桑叶、菜豆叶及蚕豆叶上的朱砂叶螨雌成螨的活性差异。[结果]同种杀螨剂在3种作物叶面上对朱砂叶螨的毒力依次为蚕豆叶>菜豆叶>桑叶;3种杀螨剂对蚕豆叶面上朱砂叶螨的毒力依次为炔螨特>苯丁锡>丁醚脲,其毒力分别是其在桑叶上毒力的1.47、2.45、5.41倍;对菜豆叶面上朱砂叶螨的毒力依次为炔螨特>丁醚脲>苯丁锡,其毒力分别是其在桑叶上毒力的1.04、2.71、1.01倍。[结论]由于不同作物叶表面的结构的差异性,影响杀螨剂的毒力,同种杀螨剂在不同作物叶面对朱砂叶螨的致死剂量也存在差异,使用时应根据防治作物选择适当剂量。 [Aims] This study aims to identify the effect of different crop leaf surface on acaricidal activities of acaricides. [Methods] The acaricidal activities of diafenthiuron, propargite and fenbutatin-oxide against Tetranychus cinnabarinus in leaves of mulberry, broad bean and kidney bean were compared by potter spray tower spray leaf disc method. [Results] The acaricidal activity of same acaricide against T. cinnabarinus in three leaves was in the sequence of broad bean leaf 〉kidney bean leaf 〉mulberry leaf. The acaricidal activity of three acaricides against T. cinnabarinus in broad bean leaf and kidney bean leaf was in the sequence of propargite 〉fenbutatin-oxide 〉 diafenthiuron, and propargite 〉diafenthiuron 〉fenbutatin-oxide, and the toxicities were 1.47, 2.45, 5.41 times and 1.04, 2.71, 1.01 times as toxicity of mulberry leaf, respectively. [Conclusions] Due to the differences of leaf surface on different crops, the effect of acaricidal activity of acaricide is diferent, and lethal dose of same acaricide against T. cinnabarinus in different crops is different, it should be recommended to choose appropriate doses according to prevention and control of crop when application.
