Current Status and Developing Direction of Chinese Agrochemical Industry

中国农药行业践行HSE,对行业发展和企业发展是有利的事情。但我国农药生产企业对HSE的认知度还有待提高,需要行业去培养。目前,HSE工作在我国农药行业应该分为3个部分进行:认证一批、辅导一批、普及一批,这是一个金字塔型结构。随着我国HSE工作的积极推进,企业由被动接受逐渐变为主动接受,感受到管理带来的益处,从而自觉的践行HSE理念。HSE工作需要持续改进,需要行业、企业不懈的坚持开展下去。

The implementation of the HSE management system by Chinese agrochemical industry is good to the development of the industry and the agrochemical enterprises. However, the awareness of HSE by Chinese agrochemical enterprises is still needed to be improved and required training by the industry. Currently, the HSE work of Chinese agrochemical industry should be divided into three parts： certificating a batch of enterprises, training a batch of enterprises and popularizing HSE among a batch of enterprises, which forms a pyramid structure. With the positive promotion of the HSE work in China, the enterprises accept HSE actively now, while they accepted passively in the past. Since the enterprises received the benefits from the management based on HSE, they now practice HSE ideas consciously. The HSE work should be improved constantly, which requires both the industry and the enterprises to launch persistently.
