摘要
石油化工装置的易燃易爆特点和控制室的操作控制中心性质,要求发生爆炸事故时,控制室结构必须具有足够的抗爆能力,保证控制室结构和操作人员的生命安全。本文介绍了控制室抗爆墙爆炸荷载确定方法、材料动力强度确定,探讨了图解法和数值积分法进行动力分析的方法和步骤,并给出工程实例。
The characteristics of petrochemical plant is flammable and explosive,and the operation of the control room has the nature of acting as the control center,which requires the structure of the control room must have enough anti- explosion ability when an explosion accident occurs to ensure the safety of control room structure and the operator 's life. This paper describes the method of determining the explosion load of anti-explosion wall of control room and to determine the dynamic strength of the materials. This paper also explores the methods and procedures of dynamic analysis by graphical method and numerical integration and gives engineering examples.
