摘要 利用利曼Hydra ⅡC型原子吸收测汞仪,优化了固体进样-热解金汞齐-原子吸收光度法测定土壤中汞的测试条件,建立了土壤汞的全自动原子吸收测定方法,提出了方法注意要点。试验结果表明,在优化的测试条件下,仪器响应稳定:曲线状态良好(线性范围1~190ng,r=0.999),检出限0.009rng/kg(以称样0.1000g计);测试结果准确,质控土样相对误差0.6%-2.9%,实际土样精密度1.5%~4.7%,加标回收率95.7%~96.8%。 Utilizing Hydra ⅡC atomic absorption mercury measuring instrument made by Leeman company, the optimization of the Solid sampling technique - dry - pyrolysis - catalysis - amalgamation - analysis - atomic absorption spectrophotometry analysis conditions for determination of mercury in soil and a method for the determination of mercury in soil by automatic atomic absorption spectrometry were established in this study. The results indicated that in maintain standards and the sample matrix optimization of test conditions to be measured, the instrument response stability, approach curves were in good condition ( Linear range from 1 to 190rig, r =0. 999), with detection limit of 0. 009mg/kg (In sample of 0. 100 0g) ; The test results were accurate and reliable, the relative error of quality control samples was 0. 6% to 2. 9% , the actual precision degree of soil was 1.5% to 4. 7% , and the recovery rate was 95.7% to 96. 8%.
