摘要
绿色工业是我国工业发展的必然趋势。研究了绿色工业这一种工业经济持续增长与资源环境脱钩的可持续工业形态,提出绿色生产、绿色产品和绿色产业几个方面的内容;从资源高效利用、污染排放量少、以技术创新为核心、社会经济效益好几方面探讨了绿色工业的本质特征;并以地区绿色工业发展水平为研究对象,构建了以发展效益、技术创新、环境影响、资源利用为维度的多层次指标体系,为绿色工业的分析评价和实践提供科学依据。
Green industry is the inevitable trend of Chinag industrial development. This paper studied the green industry which is a sustainable industrial pattern that sustains economic growth without consumption of resources and environmental pollution. The green industry contains green production, green products and green industry, and has essential characteristics including efficient use of energy resources, less pollution, technology and innovation, good social and economic benefits. Taking region＇s green industrial development as the research object, we had constructed the multi -level index system with development efficiency, technological innovation, environmental impact and resource utilization as dimensions to provide a scientific basis for the analysis and evaluation for the practice of green industry.
