The development of ATSC 3.0 standards is in steady pace as scheduled, with its ＂down -count of launch＂ in US mar- kets of next generation digital terrestrial television broadcasting （DTTB） , expected at the autumn of 2016. Then broadcasters have their delivering systems upgraded into wireless websites, to meet the new free services of mobile reception by hand - held devices, besides enforcing its traditional in - home fix reception of new free services with 4K - UHDTV sources.
