摘要
根据边际效用价格理论,以能源热值为媒介,通过建立价格联动模型进行实证分析,研究煤层气与煤炭的价格联动关系。模型创新点在于考虑环境因素,将环境成本记入能源价值。研究表明:煤层气和煤炭存在价格联动关系,在模型假设条件下,煤炭价格每公斤上涨1元,煤层气价格每立方米上涨1.74元;在相同热值下,煤层气的价格高于煤炭价格,在能源市场上不具备竞争优势。根据以上研究结果提出了改进建议,对于煤层气产业改变现有成本导向型价格机制,形成市场导向型价格机制,促进煤层气产业发展,提高煤层气资源配置效率有积极影响。
In this paper,based on the theory of marginal utility price,the model is used to analyze the relationship between coal bed gas and coal price by using the model.Model innovation is to consider the environmental factors,the environ mental costs are credited to the value of energy.Research shows that：the existence of coal-bed gas and coal price linkage relationship,under the model assumptions,coal prices rose 1 Yuan per kg,coal-bed gas prices rose 1.74 Yuan/m3;in the same calorific value,the price of coal bed gas is higher than the price of coal,and does not have the competitive advantage in the energy market.According to the above research result,the author puts forward suggestions for improvement,to coal-bed methane industry changes the existing cost oriented pricing mechanism,forming market-oriented price mechanism,and promote the development of coalbed methane industry,improve the resource allocation efficiency of the coal seam gas has a positive impact.
