抗菌药物联用治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者下呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Effect of two antibiotics combination in the treatment of lower respiratory infection in chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis

目的探讨采用头孢地嗪与左氧氟沙星两种抗菌药物联合治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者下呼吸道感染的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2013年10月-2015年10月在医院就诊的74例慢性肾衰竭血液透析并发下呼吸感染患者,随机分为两组,每组各37例;对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合头孢地嗪治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗后疗效及不良反应发生率,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均出现1例恶心,发生率为2.70%,经积极对症处理后恢复。结论采用头孢地嗪联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析合并下呼吸道感染,相比单一用药能够明显提高疗效和恢复患者免疫功能,细菌清除率高,同时不会引起明显不良反应,用药安全可靠。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of cefodizime combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory infection in chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis,so as to provide the reference for hospital treatment.METHODS A total of 74 chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis in hospital from Oct.2013 to Oct.2015 were selected,who were randomly divided into two groups averagely,each group 37 cases.The control group was treated with levofloxacin.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was added cefodizime.The efficacy and adverse reaction rates in two groups were compared.SPSS 16.0was used for data analysis.RESULTS The total effective rate in observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than 75.68%in control group（P〈0.05）;There was 1case of nausea occurred in each group respectively,and the incidence rate was 2.70%,which was recovery after positive symptomatic treatment.CONCLUSIONIt is suggested to use cefodizime combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory infection in chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis,compared with a single medication,which can significantly improve the efficacy and immune function of patients,with high bacterial clearance rate,safe and reliable,but without significant adverse reaction.
