The Differences Between Technology Invention and Technology Innovation Talents Cultivation Method

摘要 我国高等院校目前正面临着创新人才培养的极大压力,本文首先对比了技术发明创造和技术创新在概念、要求、目标、方法、评价上的区别,分析了培养技术发明创造人才与培养技术创新人才方法上的差别。随后指出目前部分高校对技术创新人才培养与国际标准间的差距,并以企业的视角给出了高校技术创新人才培养方法的演进建议。 Our colleges and universities are now faced with great pressure in innovative talents training. This paper firstly compares the differences between technology invention and technological innovation in terms of concept, requirement, objective, method, judgment, and analyzes the discriminations of methods between cultivating talents on technical inventions and training innovation talents. It then states the gap between some universities and the international standard in training innovation talents, and offers evolution suggestions on technology innovation talents cultivation methods for colleges and universities from the view of enterprises.
