摘要
以CCSS2013为调查工具,以Y大学为调查对象,使用IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0进行统计分析,采用方差分析方法进行满意度的性别、学科、年级差异分析,并构建多元线性回归模型,分析学生满意度的影响因素。结果显示,男女生在总体满意度方面没有明显差异,但在三个维度上存在显著差异;年级差异主要表现在一年级和高年级,一年级学生明显对学校更满意,毕业班学生更愿意向他人推荐本校。回归方程表明,影响学校满意度的因素主要为:互动质量、向学/厌学、有效教学实践、课程要求的严格程度、支持性环境。建议地方本科院校加强制度建设,改革评价模式,提高教师教学、学术能力,创设学生发展支持性环境,提高教育核心利益相关者——学生的在校满意度。
Taking Y University as a respondent, the study employs CCSS2013 to investigate and then makes a statistical analysis by means of IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 based on the data collected. It conducts a variance analysis on student satisfaction from the perspectives of gender, subject and grade. What's more, a multi factor linear regression model has been built to discuss the influencing factors of student satisfaction. The result has the following findings: Firstly, there is no significant difference on the total degree of satisfaction between male and female students, while remarkable differences exist in three dimensions. Secondly, there lies difference on student satisfaction between the freshmen and higher grade students. The freshmen are significantly more satisfied with their universities while the senior students are more willing to recommend their alma mater to others. According to the regression model, the quality of interaction, study enthusiasm or weariness, effective teaching practices, the degree of curriculum strictness and the supportive environment are major contributing factors of student satisfaction. Suggestions are given for the local universities to improve student satisfaction: strengthening the system construction; improving the evaluation model; enhancing teachers~ teaching and academic ability; creating supportive environment for students' development.
