摘要
跨学科人才培养已成为深化工科硕士研究生教育改革的重要手段和主要方向,本文通过构建研究生跨学科培养模式评价指标体系,对我国高校工科硕士研究生跨学科培养模式现状进行实证调查,发现高校在跨学科理念、组织管理体制、教育资源共享、跨学科培养规划及评价体系建立等方面存在一定问题,并有针对性地提出完善对策。
Interdisciplinary talents cultivation has become an important means and the main direction of deepening the education of Master of Science reform. This paper carries out an empirical investigation on the current situation of interdisciplinary training mode of Master of Science in Chinese universities by establishing the evaluation index system of postgraduate interdisciplinary training mode, which found that there were some problems about interdisciplinary concept, organization management system, educational resource sharing, interdisciplinary training programming and assessment system existing in the universities, and then put forward some targeted suggestions to perfect interdisciplinary training mode of Master of Science.
