新疆是多民族、多宗教、多元文化地区,因各种复杂的历史和社会成因而形成区隔、封闭,容易产生民族隔阂,阻碍社会和文化的发展。当前新疆特殊的现实背景下,以物质文化的变迁、制度文化变迁和精神文化的变迁,即以少数民族的文化现代化进程作为主要调查和研究对象,探讨民族地区的文化现代化与中华现代文化的互动规律,为解决民族问题的正确道路奠定思想基础。

Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic, muhi religious, multieultural region. Due to various historical and social causes, the formation of the area division, closed, backward traditional culture is easy to produce national barriers, and hinders the development of society.Under the current background of the special reality of Xinjiang, the changes of the material culture, the changes of the system cuhural, and the changes of spiritual culture, that is to say, the cultural modernization of the minority nationality is the main research object of the article.Exploring the interaction between the modernization of minority culture and Chinese modern culture, is for lay the ideological foundation for the correct way to solve the nation＇s problems.
