结合产业技术创新的理论研究及发展历程可以看出,随着经济技术条件的不同,产业技术发展过程中不仅发展要素、要素作用不同而且具体发展方向、发展轨迹也具有差异性。简言之,经济发展具体阶段不同,其在产业技术创新中的模式也会有所差异。就少数民族地区而言,其区域经济发展速度慢、产业结构落后,层次低、技术创新能力差,仍处于中期乃至初期的工业化进程中,在此立足于少数民族区域经济,着眼于国际社会产业技术相关创新实践,探讨后者对前者的影响并做出相应分析。

According to the theoretical research and development of industrial technology innovation, it can be seen that with the different economic and technical conditions, the mode of industrial technology innovation will be different. As for the Chinese minority nationality, its regional economic development is slow, the industrial structure is backward, the level is low, the technology innovation ability is poor, still in the middle and even early stage of the industrialization process.In this context, how to carry out industrial technological innovationThis paper is based on the minority regional economy, focusing on the international society of industrial technology innovation practice, to explore the influence of the latter on the former and make corresponding analysis.
