摘要
阐释精准扶贫的基本理论,然后以贵州省威宁县迤那镇精准扶贫实践为个案,总结和分析其经验与不足,最后在此基础上对进一步改进和完善精准扶贫工作机制提出若干对策建议,以期为该镇甚至贵州省民族地区精准扶贫工作机制的完善提供有益参考。
Based on the theory of China＇ s accurate poverty alleviation and the practical situation of Yina Township in Weining County of Guizhou Province, this paper summarizes and analyzes relevant experience and deficiencies, and furthermore proposes some measures for improvement in the working mechanism. It is hoped that the mechanism can serve as a model for accurate poverty alleviation in Guizhou＇ s interethnic areas.
