影响西部民族地区传统产业升级转型的有市场环境、产业分工布局、人才储备三大因素,分析西部民族地区传统产业升级的三种模式:内生性产业升级转型模式;外生性产业升级转型模式;内生性与外生性混合模式。提出西部民族地区传统产业升级转型的路径:做好产业发展定位,理清政府与市场关系;大力引进新兴产业,不断扩大增量;不断拓宽产业转移承接渠道,与国际产业分工衔接。
