摘要
采用气相色谱法测定汽车表面涂装的12种挥发性有机物的含量。样品中的挥发性有机物(VOCs)经活性炭富集,二硫化碳解析后,用DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。12种挥发性有机物的质量浓度均在1.00~100mg·L^(-1)范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限在0.012~0.100mg·m^(-3)之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在67.0%~107%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.8%~8.6%之间。
GC was applied to the determination of 12 volatile organic compounds from the surface coating of automobiles. Volatile ogranic compounds (VOCs) in the sample was adsorbed by activated charcoal and desorped by carbon disulfide. The analytes were separated on DB-WAX capillary chromatographic column (30 m × 0. 32 mm, 0. 25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 12 VOCs were kept in the same range of 1.00-- 100 mg· L-1 , with detection limits in the range of 0. 012 - 0. 100 mg· m-3. On the base of a blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 67.0%--107%, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 1.8%--8. 6%.
