老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者使用氨溴索联合抗菌药物治疗方案的效果观察

Observation of the curative effects of the treatment protocol of ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pneumonia

目的探讨老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者使用氨溴索联合抗菌药物的治疗效果。方法选取2013年3月～2016年3月我院收治老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者48例为研究对象,采用随机分组表将患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法联合抗菌药物治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合氨溴索治疗,比较两组患者疗效、症状消失时间、住院时间。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率（95.83%）显著高于对照组（75.00%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者发热消失时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组[（2.5±0.5）d vs（3.6±0.9）d,（5.9±1.1）d vs（6.8±1.3）d,（6.3±1.4）d vs（7.2±1.6）d,（9.8±1.9）d vs（11.9±2.0）d,P〈0.05]。结论老年糖尿病并发肺炎患者使用氨溴索联合抗菌药物治疗可有效改善患者临床症状,具有显著临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the curative effects of ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pneumonia. Methods 48 elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly assigned to the research group and the control group via the randomization table. The control group was given regular method complicated with antibiotics, and the research group was given the combined treatment of ambroxol on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Curative effects, symptoms alleviation time and length of stay were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the research group（95.83%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（75.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Fever alleviation time, cough and expectoration alleviation time, lung rale alleviation time and length of stay were all shorter than those in the control group [（2.5±0.5）d vs（3.6±0.9）d,（5.9±1.1）d vs（6.8±1.3）d,（6.3±1.4）d vs（7.2±1.6）d,（9.8±1.9）d vs（11.9±2.0）d, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Application of ambroxol combined with antibiotics in the elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pneumonia is able to effectively improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, which is of significant clinical curative effects.
