二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

Effect of dimethyldiguanide in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法按照随机数字法将我院2014年4月～2016年1月接诊的2型糖尿病患者60例分为两组,每组30例,对照组患者采用瑞格列奈治疗,研究组则采用二甲双胍治疗。观察记录两组治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（PBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前FPG、PBG、HbA1c、TC、TG比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）,但治疗后研究组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组26.67%（P〈0.05）。结论二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病效果良好,可更好地改善患者的血糖与血脂水平,而且安全性高,值得借鉴。

Objective To discuss the effect of dimethyldiguanide in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases. Patients in the control group were treated by repaglinide, while those in the study group were treated by dimethyldiguanide. The levels of FPG, PBG2h, HbA1c, TG, and TC, and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded and analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in FPG, PBG2h, HbA1c, TG,or TC before treatment between two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, levels of those indicators were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than the 26.67% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of dimethyl-diguanide is favorable in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can preferably lower the levels of blood glucose and lipid with high safety, thus is worthy to be promoted.
