水热处理过程中Y分子筛的骨架脱铝、补硅及二次孔的形成 被引量:19

摘要 在过去、现在乃至将来很长一段时间内,Y分子筛在多相催化领域都是极为重要的一种固体酸催化剂。超稳Y分子筛是其最为重要的应用形式。文章简要综述了Y分子筛骨架在水热处理过程中的结构变化历程,其中包括骨架脱铝、补硅的发生、非骨架铝的产生以及二次孔的形成。重点总结了近几年在实验、理论方面与水热脱铝相关的研究进展,强调了继续深入研究Y分子筛的后处理改性的必要性。 Zeolite Y is one of the most important solid acids in the field of heterogeneous catalysis in the past, present and even for a long time in the future. The ultra-stable Y zeolites are the most important form for practical applications. The present review briefly summarized the structure changes of Y zeolite framework under steaming environment, including the removal of framework aluminum, the repair of framework vacancies by migrating silicon insertion, the generation of extra-framework aluminum and the formation of mesopores in the volume of zeolite grains. The emphasis of the present review was on the recent experimental and theoretical progresses about steaming dealumination. The necessity to continue conducting in-depth study on the post-synthesis modification of zeolite Y was stressed.
