摘要
红外线轴温探测系统故障时,不同部门人员需要同时进行排查,不能及时找出故障原因,会给运行列车带来安全隐患。为解决该问题,开发了由监测终端、分析诊断设备和监视诊断平台构成的监视诊断系统,设计了频率测量、音频监听和故障诊断方案,监测系统状态,使红外线轴温探测系统变得更加安全可靠。
Staffs from different departments have to troubleshoot simultaneously when the infrared hotbox detection sys- tem malfunctions.Fault cause is not find timely and it brings potential risk to running trains.The monitoring diagnostic system constituted by monitoring terminal, analyzing diagnostic equipment, and monitoring diagnostic platform is developed to solve the problem.This paper introduces measuring frequency,monitoring audio signal,and diagnosing fault is designed to monitor status of the system and makes the infrared hotbox detection system securer and more reliable.
