摘要
电液力伺服系统是典型的非线性系统,传统简单的控制算法不能满足系统的要求。针对伺服阀的特性以及系统的控制要求,基于Lab VIEW平台,设计出积分分离式非线性PID控制器,并进行了实际的实验验证。实验结果表明,积分分离式非线性PID控制器能让系统满足快准稳的要求,并能消除偏差且不产生积分饱和,满足系统要求。
This paper basings on platform of software LabVIEW, aiming at the control problem of electro-hydraulic force servo control system with The PID controller of integral separation.The requires of fast quasi and steady of system can be satisfied by the PID controller of integral separation,the deviation can be eliminated and integral saturation not produced,the requirements of system can be satisfied.
