摘要
按照青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司动车转向架组装流水线与制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)对接要求,利用WinCC组态上位机工单管理画面,利用VB脚本对工单数据库进行操作,实时显示工单任务并且能够对工单进行调整,方便现场操作,提高了流水线整体管理水平,具有一定的现实意义。
According to the requirements of linking the train bogie of the CSR Si fang CO,LTD Company and manufactur- ing execution system,this paper proposes control scheme based on the WinCC to configure graphic display of working sheet,and operate the database via the vbscript.The system of working sheet can display the working sheet real-time and modify the working sheet.This system can simply the operation of site,improve the level of management of total production line,and have certain practical meaning.
