针对制造执行系统(MES)对生产的实时性和数据的准确性、快速性与安全性要求,基于西门子PCS7和SIMATIC IT平台,研究了各层级之间的数据关系,实现了数据信息的采集与发布,以及对生产全过程的跟踪管理,以适应现代工业企业管理信息化、智慧化的要求。

For manufacturing execution system （MES） on the production of real-time and data accuracy,rapidity and safe- ty requirements.In this paper,Siemens PCS7 and SIMATIC IT as a platform to study the relationship between levels of data to achieve a data collection and dissemination of information,as well as track and manage the entire process of production, in order to meet the requirements of modern industrial enterprise management informationization and wisdom.
