基于多Agent可重构装配系统结构研究

摘要 柔性和智能是现代制造系统核心性能需求。以某马达柔性装配线为研究背景,应用多Agent制造机理实现装配线的柔性和可重构问题。基于通多Agent的原理对其进行分析,并将系统划分为由各异构Agent组成的多Agent系统,并采用基于多Agent理论中混合式结构的方式,提出了基于多Agent的可重构装配线系统体系结构。构建了基于CAN总线的柔性装配线控制系统模型,为该柔性装配线体系结构中的多Agent理论和实际应用相结合提供了有效的解决思路。 Flexibility and intelligence are crucial issues for modern manufacturing system.With the background of the flexi- ble assembly line of the motor,the flexible and reconfigurable assembly line is realized by using the multi-Agent system.With the combination of the extension method and multi-agent,the assemble process of the motor and its subassembly is ana- lyzed to build the corresponding Agent and multi-Agent System model.Finally CAN bus is constructed in the model of flexi- ble assembly line,which provides an effective solution for the combination of multi Agent theory.
