摘要
通过对矿山现场的半自磨机粒度分布曲线进行拟合分析,并结合粒度分布函数进行研究,提出了一种利用破碎机紧边排矿口宽度(CSS)和矿石落重参数(DWi)预测半自磨机给料粒度分布的方法,为半自磨机的功耗和产能预测及现场操作提供参考。
After fitting the particle size distribution curve of SAG mill in mine site, and in combination with particle size distribution function, the paper proposed a method to predict the particle size distribution of SAG mill by using crusher closed side setting (CSS) and drop weight index (DWi), which offered reference for the energy consumption and throughput prediction as well as the field operation of SAG mill.
