摘要
针对HFVB2445型高频筛,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行模态分析,得到了6阶刚体模态和前4阶弹性模态的仿真频率和振型,并采用锤击法对其实体产品进行测量,得到了筛箱的试验模态频率和振型;将仿真模态与试验模态进行了逐一对比,验证了仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,确定了该高频筛的模态频率及振型特点,找到了筛箱的薄弱部位,为振动筛的动态特性优化设计提供了参考。
ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct the modal analysis on HFVB2445 high frequency sieve, and the simulation frequency and the vibration mode of preceding six orders rigid mode and preceding four orders elastic mode were obtained. In addition, hammering method was applied to test the real sieving box, and the test modal frequency and the vibration mode of the sieving box were achieved also. And then, the simulation modes were compared with the test modes one by one, the two were generally consistent. Thus the modal frequency and the features of vibration mode of the high-frequency sieve were determined, and the weak spot of the sieving box was identified. The research offered reference for the optimization design of the dynamic characteristics of the vibratory sieve.
