On Construction of Multi-disciplinary Competition Platform for Cultivating Practical Innovative Talents

学科竞赛是培养实践创新人才的一条有效途径,学科竞赛对培养学生综合能力有重要作用,以西南大学学科竞赛为例,分析了构建多学科竞赛平台的必要性和具体措施,阐述了通过多学科竞赛平台开展学科竞赛所取得的成绩,提出了以多学科竞赛平台推动实践教学改革,促进实践创新人才培养的特色人才培养模式.

Discipline competition is an effective way to cultivate practical innovative talents. In this paper, the importance of discipline competition in training students＇ comprehensive ability has been discussed. By taking southwest university discipline competition as an example, the necessity and specific measures of constructing multi-disciplinary competition platform have been analyzed to expound the discipline competi- tion obtained good results, and to presents characteristic personnel training mode by using multidisciplinary competition platform to push practical teaching reform and promote practice innovation personnel training.
