摘要
在铝板带材轧制传统板形控制技术的基础上,通过对坯料板型指标的优化控制,开展轧制和精整工艺的研究。从铝板形控制的基本原理出发,提出了改善CTP版基板形的总体工艺路线和具体工艺措施,最终确保了CTP版基复检板形在6.0I以内。
Based on the technology of typical flatness control system for aluminum rolling process and strip shape optimization of raw materials, the empirical research has been carried out on rolling and finishing processes. According to the basic principle of flatness control, the general scheme and specific technical measures have been put forward to improve the flatness of CTP stock, so that the flatness of CTP stock is kept within 6.0 I unit.
