误诊为病毒性脑炎的自身免疫性脑炎二例 被引量：2

摘要 例1女，27岁，精神异常、反复抽搐二十余天，发热伴昏迷半个月。患者2014年6月19日起出现精神行为异常，表现为情绪低落、说话带有哭腔、昼夜颠倒、反复抱婴儿过于频繁等，逐渐有紧张恐惧表现，6月24日凌晨患者突然出现四肢抽搐、神志不清、双眼上翻、呼之不应，持续5min自行缓解，送至当地医院，头颅CT、头颅MRI平扫＋增强、磁共振动脉成像（MRA）、磁共振静脉成像（MRV）均未见明显异常，脑电图报告异常，未见明确癫痫波。
