摘要
对影响员工心理健康的外界输入性因素进行探索、整合,并在此基础上构建了员工心理健康的外界输入性因素框架。引入心理资本,探究其在外界输入性因素影响员工心理健康时所产生的调节作用。以408名企事业单位员工作为调研对象,采用层级回归的数据分析方法,研究发现:37.5%的员工的心理存在异常情况,员工心理健康普遍存在问题,形势十分严峻;心理资本的子维度(韧性)在工作因素与员工心理健康之间、家庭因素和员工心理健康之间的关系具有显著的正向调节效应。在此研究基础上,基于组织、个体及心理资本三个角度,提出相应沟通、协调、预防、控制等解决员工心理健康问题的管理对策建议。
This study explores and integrates the factors which affect the mental health of employees, and builds the framework of external influencing factors for employees' mental health. The study explores the moderating effect of psychological capital on employees' mental health based on the view of external influencing factors. By means of the method of hierarchical regression analysis of data, the information of 408 employees in different organizations is obtained. The study shows that 37.5% of the employees are under the presence of abnormal psychology, indicating that the situation of employees' mental health is very serious. Sub-dimensions of psychological capital (toughness) have a significant negative regulatory role between work factors and employees' total psychological symptoms. On the basis of the analysis, from the 3 perspectives of organization, individual and psychological capital, we put forward the corresponding management strategies including communication, coordination, prevention and control to solve the problems of employees' mental health.
