摘要
目前,在组织行为学领域内,团队心理安全被认为是影响团队绩效的重要因素之一。运用结构方程模型和多元回归分析,对西部地区企业跨专业团队313个样本进行分析,研究跨专业团队中团队心理安全是否影响以及如何通过知识分享来影响团队绩效。研究发现,团队心理安全四个维度显著正向影响团队绩效,知识分享的两个因素分别在团队心理安全四个因素与团队绩效之间起不同程度的中介作用。因此,对于企业团队尤其是跨专业团队要重视并培养团队心理安全,跨专业团队成员只有彼此尊重信任才能更好地发挥知识分享的功效,从而提升团队绩效。
Team psychological safety is regarded as one of the important factors of team performance in the field of organizational behavior. This paper uses the structural equation model and multiple regression, and analyzes 313 samples of the inter-professional team in the western region in order to study whether the team psychological safety can affect team performance by knowledge sharing and how to affect team performance through knowledge sharing in the inter-professional team. The resuits show that four dimensions of team psychological safety have positive affects on team performance, and the two factors of knowledge sharing mediate differently the relationships of the four factors of team psychological safety and team performance. Therefore, the enterprise team and inter-professional team should pay more attention to team psychological safety and knowledge sharing as to enhance team performance.
