摘要
为明确不同沼液浇灌量施用于茭白田的效果,本试验通过田间试验对不同沼液施用量对茭白植株干物质累积、产量、生物学特性、茭白经济性状、品质以及土壤养分等进行研究。结果表明,当沼液施用量为0.5倍氮,1倍氮和1.5倍氮量时,茭白经济性状与全化肥处理相比无明显差异。其中,浇灌1.5倍氮量时茭白产量最高,经济性状(茭壳重、肉茭重和肉茭长)最佳。然而,当浇灌2倍氮量和2.7倍氮量时则呈下降趋势。其中,浇灌2.7倍氮量尤为明显,产量比对照下降近10%;沼液浇灌使茭白果实维生素C含量增加12.6%-17.8%。当浇灌0.5倍、1倍和1.5倍氮施用量时对茭白果实蛋白质和总糖含量影响不明显,施用量为2倍和2.7倍氮量时则呈增加趋势,与对照相比蛋白质含量增加3.42%和5.69%,总糖含量增加3.82%和5.93%。此外,沼液浇灌量增加,土壤p H值、速效磷和速效钾含量呈升高趋势。
A field experiment with different amount of biogas slurry applied to Zizania latifolia was conducted. Taking 450kg·hm- 2of nitrogen as 1 N,biogas slurry nitrogen application of 0. 5 N,1 N,1. 5 N,2 N,2. 7 N were tested. The results showed that,the economic character of Zizania latifolia for biogas slurry nitrogen application of 0. 5 N,1 N and 1. 5N had no much difference comparing with the sole chemical fertilizer without biogas slurry nitrogen. The 1. 5 N biogas slurry nitrogen treatment obtained the best Zizania latifolia production. Treatment of 2 N and 2. 7 N had some decrease in Zizania latifolia production,especially treatment of 2. 7 N,decreased by 10%. The vitamin C content of Zizania latifolia treated by biogas slurry nitrogen was increased by 12. 6% ~ 17. 8%. Meanwhile,there were no difference in protein and total sugar content of Zizania latifolia for biogas slurry nitrogen treatment of 0. 5 N,1 N and 1. 5 N,but there were increase for 2 N and 2. 7 N treatment,for which the protein increased by 3. 42 and 5. 69%,and total sugar increased by 3. 82% and5. 93%,respectively.
