摘要
针对奥家湾I号矿基建工作面多、巷道长、通风条件差的问题,提出利用变电硐室作接力风室,形成安全经济的二级供风系统,大大改善了通风条件。改造后各巷道最高CO浓度为23ppm、最高SO2浓度为5ppm、最高呼吸性粉尘浓度为5mg/m3、最低风速为0.16 m/s,各项指标均达到井巷施工作业环境标准,不仅保证了工人的安全健康,并且大大提高了基建速度,促进平巷月炮掘记录达到168 m,较合同工期提前半个月贯通,取得了较好的经济效益。
Aimed at the infrastructure problems of multiple working faces, long tunnel and poor ventilation, the applica- tion of substation chamber as a plenum was proposed in the No. 1 area of Aojiawan mine. Thus, a secondary ventilation system with safe and economical effect was established, and the ventilation conditions were greatly improved. After appli- cation, the highest CO concentration, the maximum SO2 concentration, the highest respirable dust concentration and the lowest wind speed were respectively 23 ppm, 5 ppm, 5 mg/m3 and 0.16 m/s, which all reached the working envi- ronment standards of roadway construction. It not only en- sured the safety and health of workers, but also greatly im- proved the speed of infrastructure. The month excavating re- cord achieved 168 m, which was two weeks earlier than the contract duration, with good economic results.
