滩涂盐碱地大麦产量形成的关键农艺性状分析 被引量:7

摘要 为研究滩涂盐碱地区大麦植株农艺性状对产量影响的相对重要性,通过对大麦产量及农艺性状进行相关分析、多元线性回归及通径分析,结合大麦生长发育特点,确定了影响大麦产量的关键农艺性状。结果表明:大麦主要农艺性状变异系数大小顺序为第一节间长>第二节间长>单株有效穗数>总穗数>成穗率>株高>茎粗>穗长>每穗粒数>结实率>千粒重;相关性分析表明千粒重(0.934)、总穗数(0.893)、株高(0.820)、成穗率(0.764)和第二节间长(0.762),与产量均呈极显著正相关关系;多元线性回归分析入选的6个因子(茎粗、第一节间长、穗长、总穗数、每穗粒数和千粒重)对大麦产量模型的决定系数达到0.954;通径分析表明株高、成穗率和千粒重对产量的直接正效应最大。在滩涂盐碱地区大麦高产栽培中,建议优先选择植株高、籽粒大而饱满的品种进行栽培。 In order to clarify the relative importance of the influence of agronomic traits on barley yield in saline-alkali soil of the tidal-fiat area, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and path analysis were used, in combination with barley growth characteristics, to determine the crucial agronomic traits that affect barley yield. The results showed that variation coefficient of the major agronomic characters were following the sequence:length of the first internode 〉 length of the second internode 〉 effective panicles per plant 〉 total panicle number 〉 productive panicle 〉 plant height 〉 stem diameter 〉 panicle length 〉 grain number per panicle 〉 seed setting rate 〉 1 000-seed weight. The correlation analysis showed 1 000-seed weight (0. 934 ), total panicle number (0. 893 ), plant height ( 0.820 ), productive panicle ( 0. 764 ) and length of the second internode (0. 762 ) were significant positively correlated with yield. The determination coefficient of six factors ( stem diameter,length of the first internode, panicle length, total panicle number, grain number per panicle, 1 000-seed weight)selected by multiple linear regression analysis to barley yield model was 0. 954. Path analysis showed plant height,effective panicles per plant and 1 O00-seed weight had the maximum direct positive effect on yield. Therefore, crucial agronomic traits including 1000-seed weight, plant height and panicle percentage, should be given priority for the high yield barley cultivation in saline-alkali soil of the tidal-flat area.
