种蛋感染蜡状芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及其药敏试验

Isolation,identification and drug sensitivity test of hatching eggs infected Bacillus cereus

通过生化试验、序列分析和药敏试验等方法,研究了19日龄鸡胚中细菌的存在情况及其耐药性。结果表明:经NCBI Blast比对确定分离的5个菌株均为蜡状芽孢杆菌,与GenBank上登录的蜡状芽孢杆菌KF150385、JX566534、KF475814菌株高度同源,同源性高达99.4%;5株分离菌株间也高度同源(99.9%)。药敏试验结果发现:5株蜡状芽孢杆菌对环丙沙星、麦迪霉素、丁胺卡那、红霉素、新霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星敏感,对多黏霉素B、复方新诺明、青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢氨苄、头孢拉定具有耐药性。

The existing situation and drug resistance of bacteria in 19 day old chicken embryos were studied by biochemical test,sequence analysis and drug sensitivity test.The results showed that the 5 strains were identified as Bacillus cereus by NCBI Blast comparison,and had highly homologous（99.4%） with KF150385,JX566534 and KF475814 strains registered in GenBank,and the 5 strains were highly homologous（99.9%） also.Drug sensitivity test results showed that the 5 Bacillus cereus strains were sensitive to ciprofloxacin,medemycin,amikacin,erythromycin,neomycin,kanamycin,gentamicin,norfloxacin,ofloxacin,and resistant to polymyxin B,compound sulfamethoxazole,penicillin,ampicillin,cefalexin,cefradine.
