超临界流体色谱在天然产物分离分析中的应用进展 被引量:19

摘要 超临界流体色谱(SFC)是一种高效的色谱技术,是液相色谱和气相色谱的重要补充,在天然产物的分析和分离制备方面均有应用。SFC既能够分离分析不适宜于气相色谱的弱极性物质,如脂肪酸、酰基甘油等,又能够用于生物碱、黄酮等极性天然产物的分析。SFC分离天然产物有分离性能好,效率高,回收率好,有机试剂使用量少等优点。本文主要检索了2009—2016年的Pub Med、Science Direct、中国知网等数据库,查阅国内外文献46篇,其中国内文献13篇,国外文献33篇,总结了超临界流体色谱在天然产物分析、分离制备中的应用进展。 Supercritical fluid chromatography ( SFC ) is an efficient separation technique, which is also an important supplement to high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC )and gas chromatography ( GC ). SFC has been utilized for the analysis and separation of natural products. SFC is adopted for the analysis of non-polar natural products which are not conveniently separated by GC, such as fatty acids, acylglycerols and so on. With the extension of mobile phase and development of more columns, SFC can be used for the analysis of some polar natural products, such as alkaloids and flavones. SFC has the advantages of good resolution, high efficiency, good recovery and low consumption of organic solvents in separation of natural products. This review provides a summary of the applications of SFC in analysis and separation of natural products according to thirteen articles in Chinese and thirty-three articles in English mainly published in PubMed, ScieneeDirect and CNKI databases from 2009 to 2016.
