摘要
目的:考察大学生自立人格、状态-特质焦虑与职业决策困难的关系。方法:采用自立人格问卷、状态-特质焦虑问卷和大学生职业决策困难问卷对1040名大学生进行了问卷调查。结果:(1)自立人格与职业决策困难呈显著负相关;(2)结构方程模型纳入状态-特质焦虑后,自立人格对职业决策困难的回归系数减小但仍然达到显著性水平。(3)自立人格通过状态-特质焦虑对职业决策困难的预测,在统计意义上女生组显著,男生组边缘显著。结论:状态-特质焦虑在自立人格与职业决策困难的关系中起部分中介作用。状态特质焦虑的间接效应存在性别差异。
Objective: To explore the association of career decision-making difficulties with self-supporting personality and state-trait anxiety in college students. Methods: By using measurement survey method, investigation was conducted among 1040 college students. They were assessed with the Self-supporting Personality Scale-Adolescent Students(SPSSAS), the State-Trait Anxiety Iuventory(STAl), and the Career Decision-making Difficulties questionnaire(CDDQ). Results: (1)Self-supporting personality was negatively associated with career decision-making difficulties; (2)The regression coefficient between self-supporting personality and career decision-making difficulties decreased after introducing state-trait anxiety into the structure equation, but it remained statistically significant. (3)The regression coefficient of self-supporting personality related to career decision-making difficulties via state-and trait anxiety was significant in female college students, and marginal significant in male. Conclusion: State-trait anxiety plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-supporting personality and career decision-making difficulties. The indirect effect of self-supporting personality on career decision-making difficulties has gender differences.
