摘要 为管理ERP协同决策大型群体用户并保证需要大量手工操作的协同决策过程的有效性,提出战略层、管理控制层与作业层的大型群体协同决策问题,以及自动多层群一致性测量模型,设计ERP自动协同决策系统的多Agent系统结构,将自动多层群一致性测量模型应用于ERP协同决策系统,集成高层管理、中层管理及运营作业的大型群体决策者业务数据。通过自主开发的自动协同决策系统应用验证了设计的准确性与有效性。 To manage large groups of ERP users and the needs for lots of human supervision to guarantee an effective process of collaborative decision making,an automatic collaborative decision system integrated into ERP systems was presented.A large group collaborative decision problem with strategy level,management control level and operation level was proposed.An automatic multi-levels group consensus measure model was constructed,and a flexible multi-Agent framework for collaborative decision making was presented to help organizations integrating facets of individual decision maker for senior management,middle ma-nagement and operational management into automatic collaborative decision system.By a case study of the self-developed automa-tic collaborative decision system,the validity and efficiency of the presented method is demonstrated.
