摘要
分析了大型灌区现状和存在问题,剖析了现代农业与社会经济发展对灌区发展的需求;展望了灌区未来发展趋势;提出在灌区规划设计方法、灌区灌溉面积阈值与节水潜力分析方法、新材料新技术新工艺、灌区信息采集与监控技术、灌区智慧管理系统研发等方面创新突破,驱动灌区未来发展。
The actual situation and problems of irrigation districts are analyzed. The demands for irrigation and drainage by agriculture modernization and social economic development are discussed. Based on these, the development trend of irrigation districts is forecas- ted. To drive the development of irrigation districts, the innovations in irrigation district plan, analysis methods on determination of irrigation area threshold and water saving potential, new materials and new technology, collection and control of information and intelligence management system of irrigation districts, etc. are proposed.
