摘要
随着经济社会不断发展和城市化进程不断推进,胶东半岛地区水资源供需矛盾逐年加剧,胶东调水工程作为承载胶东地区水资源保障的大型跨流域跨区域远距离调水工程,近年调水规模、运行时间屡创新高,但受渠首引水条件限制,调水能力未能最大限度地发挥,无法满足胶东地区日益增长的水资源需求。通过深入分析麻湾灌区的水资源状况、引水的可靠性、引水线路的可行性以及含沙量的影响,充分论证了麻湾灌区作为胶东调水工程常规备用引水点的可行性,并就实现这一目标提出了相应的意见和建议。
Along with social and economic development and urbanization, water demand over supply has been intensified in the Jiaodong Peninsular. Being a large-scale and long-distance water diversion facility for satisfying water needs in the region, Water Diversion to the Jiaodong area has strikes the new highs repeatedly in terms of quantity of diverted water and operation time in recent years. However, its potential of water diversion has not been fully exploited due to the limitation of diverting water from the head canal. Feasibility studies of using Mawan Irrigation District as regular backup for water diversion were conducted on the basis of evaluation of local water resources condition, reliability and diversion routes as well as impact of sand contents. Finally suggestions are raised accordingly.
