摘要
近年,随着我国经济社会快速发展,水资源供需矛盾日益加剧,缺水已成为我国目前亟待改善和解决的问题之一。在对贵阳市水资源开发利用现状及问题进行分析的基础上,对水资源供需情势进行预测和分析,并提出促进贵阳市水资源可持续利用的对策建议,成果可为加强贵阳市水资源统一管理、促进区域水资源高效可持续利用提供决策参考。
Water shortage has become the main constrain for social and economic development in China due to the increasing intensity of demand over supply. Prediction and analysis of water demand are conducted based on water development and utilization in Guiyang City. Measures for promoting sustainable development and utilization of water resources are suggested in order to reinforce integrated water resources management and highly-efficient use of water in the region.
