Abnormal autonomic nervous system and electrophysiology in paients with depression

抑郁症病因机制复杂,其生物学异常涉及体内多个系统,表现出自主神经系统与电生理异常。本文回顾了抑郁症患者的脑电、心电、皮电、胃电、眼电、体温等电生理表现的研究成果,并指出当前对抑郁症电生理研究是单一有限的,未来的研究需要结合多种生理信息的变化并应用统计学方法,建立抑郁症评估模型。

Etiological mechanism of major depressive disorder is complicated as it involves multiple body systems, showing abnormal autonomic nervous system and electrophysiology. This paper reviews research results in the electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, galvanie skin response, gastric electrogram, electrooculogram and temperature of depression. And it indicated that the current studies about electrophysiology of depression were limited and monotonous, in the future, attention should be given to combine multiple physiological information with statistics to build depression estimation model.
