摘要 目的探讨胃癌患者术后早期联合肠内外营养支持对患者免疫功能和并发症的影响。方法将400例胃癌患者随机分为两组:PN组和EN+PN组,每组200例。PN组于术后采取单纯肠外营养支持,EN+PN组术后采用肠内外联合营养支持。比较分析两组患者在术后1天和7天时免疫球蛋白、淋巴细胞的变化和并发症的发生。结果术后1天时两组患者的免疫功能指标没有显著差别;术后7天两组患者的免疫功能均得到改善,EN+PN组较PN组的变化更明显;EN+PN组并发症的发生率较PN组低。结论肠内外联合营养支持能更好地促进胃癌患者术后免疫功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutriation and parenteral nutriation on immune function and complications of gastric cancer patients after radical surgery. Methods 400 gastric cancer patients were randomly divided in- to 2 groups, PN and EN + PN group, each with 200 cases. PN group started parenteral nutriation after the surgery, and EN + PN group started enteral nutriation and parenteral nutriation after the surgery. The immune globulin, lymphocyte and complications were detected and compared at postoperative day 1 and 7. Results All the testing index had no significant difference at postoper- ation day 1. However, the changes of immune function in EN + PN group was more significant than PN group. The incidence of complications in EN + PN group was lower than PN group. Conclusion Enteral nutrition and parenteral nutriation can obviously improve immune function of gastric cancer after surgery, and reduce the incidence of complications.
