基于遗传算法的轮式挖掘机折叠动臂轻量化设计

摘要 以某型轮式挖掘机折叠动臂工作装置为研究对象,针对其工作要求和工况特点对动臂结构进行分析,以质量最小为目标函数,依据强度、刚度等性能要求构建优化数学模型。考虑约束非线性规划问题的特点,采用遗传算法进行参数优化,以所得参数建模导入ANSYS软件进行应力分析。所得结果表明,此方法能有效的减轻前动臂质量,达到轻量化设计的预期目标。 Working device with a certain type of folding boom of wheel excavator as the research object, according to the characteristics of the work requirement and working condition of boom structure is analyzed. The minimum mass as objective function, performance optimization mathematical model accord- ing to the strength, stiffness and so on was constructed. Considering the characteristics of the constrained nonlinear programming problems, the genetic algorithm (ga) is used to optimize parameters,then the para- metric modeling into ANSYS software for stress analysis. The results showed that this method can effec- tively reduce upper boom quality, achieve the anticipated goal of weight - reduction design.
