FSE赛车车架设计及校核

摘要 为保证2015年赛季广东工业大学FSE电动方程式赛车能正常参赛并取得良好成绩,设计了一款安全可靠的车架,利用ANSYS有限元软件对赛车车架进行刚度、强度及自由模态分析,得出该车架在多种工况下所受的最大应力值及应变值,检验车架结构设计是否合理。最终仿真结果表明,该车架在各工况中出现的最大应力值、应变值远小于车架材料的许用应力值及许用应变值,能够满足赛车规范性、安全性的要求。本研究为今后FSE赛车车架设计提供了一定的理论依据。 In order to ensure 2015 FSE race car of Guangdong University of Technology to get good grades in Formula Student China, a safe and reliable frame is designed in this paper. The rigidity, strength and free mode are analyzed by utilizing the ANSYS software for concluding various working conditions. The car frame structure is detected and optimization design and verification of car frame are made according to the simulation result. The final simulation result shows that the maximum stress and strain of the frame in various working conditions are far less than the allowable stress and strain value of the material. Thus it can meet the normative and safety requirements of a racing car. The research of this paper provides references for the frame design of FSE race cars.
