摘要 变频供电低速异步推进电机振动激励源较为复杂。本文针对变频供电异步电机,开展了恒压频比调速、额定频率调压、风机接入与否,突然断电停机、堵转试验以及滤波器接入前后,电机底脚振动加速度变化的试验研究,通过对结果的对比分析,获得电机激振源的分离方法及主要参数对电机振动影响的规律,为电机振动噪声源的识别和分离提供帮助。 There are different vibrating sources in inverted-fed induction motor. In order to recognize different vibrating sources and evaluating their contribution to the total vibration value on the frame foot, different tests are executed including constant voltage versus frequency, rated frequency with different voltage, locked rotor and so on. Based on these results and their comparison, vibrating sources separation method and their rules are concluded. In a word, tests and all these results can give a good reference to motor vibrating sources analysis and low vibration motor design.
