摘要 简单阐述了几种波导毫米波四端口二进制合成器原理。通过高频电磁仿真软件HFSS进行了仿真:四种合成器在传输频率为29~31GHz,传输损耗、反射损耗、端口隔离以及场强结果进行了比较,定性的说明了四种合成器在传输特性各个方面的优势。为毫米波固态功放多级合成时,合成器的选择提供了依据。 Operational principle of several binary MMW four-ports combiner based on waveguide is introduced.Simulation by using high frequency electro-magnetic simulation software HFSS is conducted: transmission frequency of four types of combiners is within 29 ~ 31GHz; their transmission loss,reflection loss,ports isolation and field strength are compared. Advantages of these combiner in transmission are illustrated,which can provide basis for selection of combiner for multi-stage combination of MMW solid-state power amplifier.
