This paper discusses how to improve the level of the sci- tech journals by making effective use of the resources of the host university. Taking Bulletin of Biology for example, we analyze the efficient and sustainable resources of the host university available for the journals from aspects such as editorial board, manuscript sources, peer review, editors and authors .
