电炉冶炼轴承钢的工艺优化及分析

摘要 高品质轴承钢的冶炼工艺主要以EAF-LF-VD-IC冶炼工艺为主,其中电炉冶炼工艺对氧含量与夹杂物的控制尤为重要。主要研究了电炉冶炼工艺对高品质轴承钢冶金质量的影响,并分析了不同电炉终点[C]控制、电炉留钢量、以及LF到站时的Al、C、Si成分对成品氧含量的关系。研究表明:在电炉生产过程中,终点[C]含量≥0.07%,出钢时电炉留钢10%~15%,并确保LF到站时分析的Al、C、Si成分适当,可取得良好的冶金质量效果。 The main steel making process of high level bearing steel is EAF- LF- VD- IC,in which the EAF operation process is very important for the controlling of oxygen content and inclusions. It is mainly researched the influence of EAF operation process with high level bearing steel's quality in this paper,and analysis the relationship between the final oxygen content and the different tapping carbon content,the amount of remaining molten steel in EAF,and the content of Al,C,Si in LF when the ladle is arriving. The research shows that the tapping carbon content is more than 0. 07%,the amount of remaining molten steel is between 10% and 15%,and ensure a suitable content with Al,C,Si in LF,and it can obtain a good metallurgy quality effect.
