摘要
介绍了安钢生产美标中低温压力容器钢A516M GR65钢板的试制过程,通过采取洁净钢技术,设计合理的成分体系,冶炼、连铸和轧制工艺措施,确保了开发的A516M GR65钢板满足标准及用户要求。实践表明,该钢种的各项检测项目均符合相关标准要求;用户使用结果表明,安钢生产的A516M GR65能够满足海外市场的要求。
This paper introduces the manufacture process of American standard low temperature pressure vessel steel A516 M GR65 produced by Anyang lron and Steel Stock Co.,Ltd. By adopting clean steel technology,designing reasonable composition system,smelting,continuous casting and rolling process and so on,A516 M GR65 steel plates can meet the standards and user requirements. Practice shows that the steel of the test items are in line with the requirements of relevant standards; use results of the users show that A516 M GR65 produced by Anyang lron and Steel Stock Co.,Ltd can meet the requirements of the overseas market.
